API readiness probe and planned public status page.

For programmatic checks today, use the readiness probe:

GET/v1/health

A healthy response carries status: "ok" and a database.latencyMs round-trip. A 503 with status: "degraded" indicates the database is unreachable; the API process itself is still up.

A public status page at status.obscyro.com with uptime history and incident updates is planned.
